Landscape Design · Orlando
Landscape Design, planned around the water.
Our idea of design is plain: the landscape should be the vision you have for your home. It should look beautiful, and it should serve its purpose, whether that is shade, kids’ play space or a front walk that welcomes people.
So a design starts with questions, not a plant list. Where does the family sit? What gets sun and what stays shaded? We work closely with you every step of the way, and the plan keeps changing until it feels right.

What a design covers
- 01
Bed shapes and layout
Beds drawn to fit the house, walks and lawn, with edges that are easy to mow beside.
- 02
Plants for sun and shade
Palms, crotons, ti plants and liriope are common here. Each goes where the light and drainage suit it.
- 03
Layers and height
Taller plants at the back or corners, mid-height shrubs in front, ground cover at the edge, so the bed reads as full.
- 04
Walls, walks and raised beds
Where the yard needs structure, a retaining wall, raised planter or paver walk can be part of the plan from the start.
- 05
Irrigation planned with it
Drip line for beds, rotors or sprays for turf, laid out with the planting so each plant has water from day one.
- 06
Lawn where it earns it
Sod where the family needs grass and mulched beds where it does not, so there is less lawn to mow.
The process
How we work with you
- 01
Listen first
We ask how the yard gets used, what you like and what is not working, then walk it together.
- 02
Draw one plan
Beds, plants and the water plan come together on a single layout, so you see the whole picture before anything is dug.
- 03
Adjust until it fits
Questions get answered and the plan gets reworked until it matches what you pictured.
- 04
Build and water
Beds are cut, plants set, irrigation connected and mulch laid. Then we walk the finished yard with you.
Local know-how
Planting for Orlando sun and sand
Live-oak shade, full-sun front yards and fast-draining sand each call for different plants. Choosing for the spot matters more than choosing from a catalog.
Plenty of yards start as bare dirt. Because irrigation is our core trade, the design carries from that empty ground to a finished landscape with the water plan already in it.
“Marcus was amazing with helping us from start to finish on our landscaping. We started with nothing but dirt and he designed and installed a beautiful landscape at a very reasonable price. A truly nice man and a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend!”

Do I need to know what I want first?
No. Bring what you like, what bothers you about the yard and how you use it. We turn that into a layout and revise it with you until it feels right.
What plants suit Central Florida yards?
It depends on sun, shade and drainage. Palms, crotons, ti plants and liriope are common here, and St. Augustine, Zoysia or Bahia suit the lawn areas. We match each plant to its spot.
Does the design include irrigation?
Yes, that is our core trade. Drip line for beds, rotors or sprays for lawn, and zones planned alongside the planting, so the water plan is never an afterthought.
Can you build what you design?
Yes. We install beds, planting, sod, mulch, walls and irrigation, so one crew carries the plan from the drawing to the finished yard.
