About College Park, Orlando
College Park is where the name comes from. The streets are named for colleges, Princeton, Harvard, Yale, and most of the neighborhood was platted in the 1920s boom: Rosemere, Dubsdread, Edgewater Heights and Anderson Park.
Ardsley Manor came later, in the 1950s, with bigger lots than the older blocks. Lake Silver, Lake Ivanhoe and Dubsdread Golf Course frame it, and Edgewater Drive runs down the middle. From our base it is about two minutes to anywhere here.
