Plenty of Orlando yards get planted by one company and watered by another. The beds go in, the sod goes down, and nobody checks whether a single head actually reaches them.
We do both. Planting and irrigation get planned together, so new sod gets the water it needs, beds get drip instead of overspray, and the controller is set to your watering days.

Landscape design, mulch and beds, sod and retaining walls
A good system is not one big sprinkler. It is a set of zones, each matched to what it waters. Tap a zone to see how an example College Park lot gets split up.

ZONE 1
ROTORS · FRONT LAWN
Rotors cover the open front lawn, each throw reaching the next head. That head-to-head overlap is what keeps the corners green.

An example lot, drawn to show how zoning works. Your yard gets its own plan on site. Florida law (F.S. 373.62) requires automatic systems to have a working rain shut-off device, and it should be tested whenever the system is worked on.
What happens when you call
From the first call to the last zone test.
01
Call or send the form
Tell us what the yard is doing: dry patches, a zone that won’t shut off, a bare lot that needs a plan.
02
We walk the property
Marcus runs the system or walks the yard with you. The estimate visit isn’t free, and we tell you that before we come.
03
You get a clear plan
What is wrong, or what we would build, explained so it makes sense, before any work starts.
04
We build, then test
Every zone runs before we leave, with the timer set to your watering days.
Orlando yards
Sand, oaks and summer storms.
Central Florida soil drains fast, live oaks shade half the lawn, and afternoon storms soak it all. A system has to be set up for all three.

We contacted college park sprinlkers after we had a huge camfor tree removed so that he could install 2 magnolia trees, re-sod grass and fix sprinkler system . Marcus and the crew got everything done correct and to the point, with good pricing.

Watering days
Set to the rules, not to guesswork.
Orange and Seminole counties follow the St. Johns River Water Management District schedule. A controller set to it waters on the right days and at the right hours, and wastes less.

Never between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., on any day.
No more than ¾ inch of water per zone, and no more than an hour per zone, per watering day.
Automatic systems need a working rain shut-off device (Florida Statute 373.62).
New sod and plants: Orange County allows watering on any day for the first 30 days, then every other day for the next 30.
Daylight saving time runs from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November. Source: the St. Johns River Water Management District standing schedule (rule 40C-2.042, F.A.C.) and Orange County Utilities. A water-shortage order can change it, so check sjrwmd.com/wateringrestrictions before you reset a timer.

Questions
Straight answers.
Still unsure? Call (407) 969-8741 and ask Marcus directly.
Do you charge for estimates?
Yes, and we say so up front. An estimate is a real visit: we run the system or walk the yard and tell you what it needs. Ask about the cost of the visit when you call (407) 969-8741.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We install and repair irrigation on residential and commercial properties, and on common areas run by an association.
How often should a sprinkler system be inspected?
Once a year is our advice. An inspection catches broken heads, slow leaks, clogged nozzles and a timer still set for last season before they show up as brown patches or a high water bill.
Do you do the landscaping too, or just sprinklers?
Both. We design and plant beds, lay sod, refresh mulch and build retaining walls, and we plan the irrigation with it, so new plants and sod get the water they need from day one.
My system runs off a well or a lake pump. Can you help?
Yes. We work on well-fed systems and troubleshoot the pump side too, so a weak or silent system gets a real answer.
What areas do you cover?
We are based in College Park and work across Orlando, plus Orlando, Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Belle Isle, Dr. Phillips, Windermere. Not sure if you are in range? Call and ask.
