Sprinkler & landscaping service areas around Orlando, FLOrlando and the towns around it.
We are based in College Park. These are the towns we cover most, all inside the service area on our Google profile.
Where we work
Eight places, one short drive.
Drive times are from College Park without traffic. Not on the list? We cover more of greater Orlando, so call and ask.

Town by town
What changes from town to town.
- 01
Orlando
Brick streets under century-old oaks near Lake Eola, newer lots across town. We repair and build irrigation for all of it.
- 02
College Park, Orlando
Brick streets, old oaks and lots that have been watered since the 1920s. We fix, build and plant here more than anywhere else.
- 03
Winter Park
Winding brick streets under old live oaks, and a chain of lakes. Shade and the shoreline decide how a yard here gets watered.
- 04
Maitland
Oak-lined village streets, 21 lakes and homes newer than you would think. Irrigation here has to fit the lot, the slope and the shade.
- 05
Altamonte Springs
Seminole County subdivisions built in the 1970s and 80s, now 40-plus years old. We find what is in the ground, then repair it or replace it.
- 06
Belle Isle
Lake Conway shorelines, sloped lots and seawalls. Belle Isle yards sit right at the water, and the irrigation has to work around that.
- 07
Dr. Phillips
Planned subdivisions, HOA streetscapes and golf-course edges. Here the work is often keeping a decades-old system running right.
- 08
Windermere
A small town on the land between Lake Butler and Lake Down, with lakeside lots and a downtown grid with many unpaved streets.
Services
The same six services everywhere.
Watering days
Set to the rules, not to guesswork.
Orange and Seminole counties follow the St. Johns River Water Management District schedule. A controller set to it waters on the right days and at the right hours, and wastes less.

- Never between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m., on any day.
- No more than ¾ inch of water per zone, and no more than an hour per zone, per watering day.
- Automatic systems need a working rain shut-off device (Florida Statute 373.62).
- New sod and plants: Orange County allows watering on any day for the first 30 days, then every other day for the next 30.
Daylight saving time runs from the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November. Source: the St. Johns River Water Management District standing schedule (rule 40C-2.042, F.A.C.) and Orange County Utilities. A water-shortage order can change it, so check sjrwmd.com/wateringrestrictions before you reset a timer.
