Sprinkler repair & landscaping in Belle Isle, FLMore lake than land.

Lake Conway shorelines, sloped lots and seawalls. Belle Isle yards sit right at the water, and the irrigation has to work around that.

About Belle Isle

Belle Isle was incorporated in 1924, and more than half the city is water: Lake Conway, plus the southern part of Little Lake Conway. Neighborhoods include Belle Isle Pines, Lake Conway Estates, Conway Shores and Wind Harbor.

It is about 19 minutes from College Park without traffic, by way of I-4 and Orange Avenue. If you are giving us directions, Belle Isle City Hall and its clock are an easy marker.

Yards in Belle Isle

What Belle Isle yards need.

Lakefront lots often slope to the water, sometimes ending at a seawall or retaining wall. The top of a slope dries first and the bottom stays wet, so we zone by slope, not just by distance from the house.

Some lakefront systems draw from the lake through a pump instead of the water line. When one quits, the trouble is often the pump, the intake or the line, not the sprinkler heads. We trace the water from its source forward.

Do you work on lakefront yards?

Yes. A sloped shoreline changes where water pools and how zones are split, so we look at the grade before we touch a head. Tell us about the shoreline when you call (407) 969-8741.

Can you repair a system that pumps from the lake?

We start at the pump and follow the water out: intake, line, valves, then heads. A new head will not fix a dead zone caused by a failed part upstream, so we find the cause first.

Is there a watering schedule in Belle Isle?

Yes. Lawns in Orange County follow the St. Johns River Water Management District schedule, and a timer should be set to it. We program each zone to match.
