About Orlando

We are based in Orlando, about 7 minutes from College Park by Edgewater Drive and Colonial Drive. The city is a patchwork: Lake Eola Heights and Thornton Park around the lake, then Colonialtown North, Delaney Park and Audubon Park.

Lake Eola, Lake Ivanhoe and Dickson Azalea Park anchor the map. Around Lake Eola, century-old oaks line brick streets, while citywide the median home was built in 1992. Old and newer yards sit side by side.

Yards in Orlando

What Orlando yards need.

Fewer than four in ten Orlando homes are owner-occupied, so many households rent, and a rented house still has a sprinkler system someone has to keep working. We do residential and commercial irrigation, and the first step is the same: run every zone.

Brandon Sampson had us do the sprinklers around the house in Delaney Park, and called the crew very professional and quick to show up. On any older lot we start by finding what is actually in the ground.
